A good emulsion for hand care contains humectants such as glycerine, which dissolves in water and is able to bind water molecules, transport them into the skin and store them there. A cream can supply the skin with a lot of moisture. However, if it is not adequately bound to humectants, it evaporates quickly and the desired effect is not achieved.
The combination of glycerine of plant origin and honey in high concentrations makes it possible to bind a considerable amount of moisture and retain it over a long period of time, even in very cracked areas of skin.
